We´re NeuroInclusionlab
Our
Story
I founded the NeuroInclusionLab after noticing a recurring trend among the brilliant minds I encountered throughout years in education and clinical practice. Many of these exceptional individuals never had the opportunity to work, are unemployed, or received no job offers despite successful internships—all due to their neurodivergent conditions.
This realization led me to question why this was happening, especially considering data that demonstrates hiring neurodivergent employees significantly increases profits and productivity, as seen in major corporations like SAP, Microsoft, and JPMorgan.

I began pondering what could be done to prioritize Neuroinclusion in the DEI agenda and how organizations could effectively engage with neurodivergent talent. Upon reaching out several organizations and business owners the prevailing response was consistent: a lack of knowledge and resources. Many expressed concerns about expenses, stating that they simply didn't have the means.

This led me to recognize a crucial gap in understanding and support. Neurodiversity, which holds immense potential for innovation and success, was being overlooked due to a lack of awareness and perceived costs. It became clear that the key to unlocking this wealth of talent lay in bridging this knowledge gap and providing accessible resources for organizations.

With a firm belief in the transformative power of inclusion, the NeuroInclusionLab was born. Our mission is to not only advocate for neurodiversity in the workplace but to provide practical solutions and comprehensive resources. We aim to collaborate with organizations, offering tailored training and guidance to harness the unique abilities of all thinking styles.

At NeuroInclusionLab, we envision a future where neurodiversity isn’t a barrier but a beacon for innovation and success. We strive to make Neuroinclusion a cornerstone of every organization's ethos, empowering them to unlock the full spectrum of talent that exists within diverse minds. Join us in this journey toward a more inclusive and prosperous future for all.
